Takashi Tomii  

Takashi Tomii first developed an interest in woodworking as a teenager during a year long stay in Oregon where forestry is the key industry. At the age of 25 he devoted himself to the study of woodcraft and he spent the next 2 years studying furniture making.  In 2008 he began producing his own work, each piece carefully hand tooled or turned on a lathe.
